Yoga is a moving meditation resulting in calmness and clarity. It maximizes body tone, encourages weight loss, detoxifies and increases all-round health, flexibility, strength and balance. The result is a dramatic increase in energy, a stronger immune system and a sense of physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Our yoga classes are taught in a high-heat (but not excessively hot) environment at around 25ēC, which is ideal for safely encouraging flexibility and allowing a gentle detoxification process. Yoga Level 1 accommodates those with limited or no experience of yoga. The focus will be on establishing the key foundations of the practice:
synchronising breath to movement
building internal core strength
specific detail on alignment
building strength and flexibility
understanding the polarity of grounding and lifting
deep meditative relaxation process
